Fred Abakah

Fred is an Irrigation Engineer and Estate Manager at the ICOUR Tono Irrigation Project. The Tono dam is quite large and serves as a place for year round farming. A favorite cash crop is tomatoes and they are sold down south for lots of Cedis. Fred is always busy as he is: (1) in charge of maintaining 145 ICOUR homes and office buildings; (2) Board of Patron member for TRAX; and (3) chief advisor for DERF NETWORKS.
